A masterplan designed to reinvigorate the small market town of Brecon, creating a dynamic and enterprising place to learn, work and live.

The design reacts to the exclusive public school on one side, and the beautiful river Usk which runs alongside the other, the function of the scheme follows the development of a successful business from start-up to maturity.

Areas of permanence act as anchors, upon which an adaptable architecture can grow and develop.
